I herewith draw your attention to the fact, that up to the present, I have not yet received from the Secretary

of the Colony of Hong Kong a letter showing that my Writ issued pursuant to the Order of the 22nd. of May of the

Hon. Mr.Justice Coleridge has been served on the Siah

Indiapoera Rubber Concessions Ltd. as Co-defendants in my

pending action Nijhuis v. Craig & Others No.439 N.1914.

I therefore would be much obliged if you would make

inquiries as to what has caused this delay.
